Not bad for the purpose it served, a comfortable place to rest and felt secure as a woman traveling alone staying there

It was very nice. Staff was very good. The homeless is terrible and it makes parking dangerous.

The rooms were ok and pretty clean. The parking lot was dirty trash everywhere. Homeless man sleep out back of hotel. Manager on afternoon I checked in was rude, dismissive, and not friendly at all never smiled. I asked him for towels for pool later asked the 3 towels for my grandkids. Seemed like I was putting him out for 2 towels. Pool was very dirty…

My boyfriend went to get food and when he came back he was held up for cash in the back parking lot. Then the desk clerk would not let him back inside until I came down to let him in. Strange behavior on her part for overnight clerk especially since she had seen him leave

The best part was being able to leave. This was the most disgusting motel I've ever stayed at. The condition of the motel is worthy of being shut down and leveled to the ground. A scary place with homeless/shady characters surrounding the building. The parking lot is not secure and the pavement has so many potholes you can't avoid dropping your car into one. Horrendous. Ramada should hide their face in shame. Their reputational consequences obviously means nothing to them by allowing this motel to remain open. A large hole in the shower ceiling, huge chewed up hole in the bathroom door caused by some animal, non-working TV, no hot water, water running behind the walls all night long, just to mention a few nightmares. Afraid to sleep on the bed or close my eyes. I felt like I was staying in a motel in a 3rd world country. A Truly frightening experience.

The location was easy to get to. It's a good place to stay for traveling through the area, not so much for relaxing. The pool was under construction.

Got cat-fished by the pictures. This place was gross. The front desk lady that checked us in was clenching her jaw and acting erratically. The room was large but in dire need of an upgrade. The tub didn’t drain. There was a guy pulling a trailer piled high with junk in the parking lot whose female “companion” scattered when we pulled in to park. It was very late at night by the time we got in otherwise we would have just gone elsewhere. Ugh.

The check in took almost 2 hours. The receptionist didn't know what she was doing. Then she told me I didn't have any money on my card, took my husband's card and told him it worked. It was a debit card from our joint checking. Then she answered the phone, told that person that they were calling a hotel and not a motel and if they had to call to ask prices they probably couldn't afford it. We had a long hot traveling day and i just wanted to relax in the pool. By the time we finally got checked in the pool was closed.

The lady at the front desk gave us a lot of guff for checking in so late. (We are on a cross country road trip and stop when we must- not that that matters- it’s her job to check guests in). She also continued to complain about her job and coworkers (very unprofessional). Gave us room cards that didn’t work, and there were questionable people in the parking lot all night. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
