Friendly staff and decent room - you get what you pay for. Dining experience was nice. Self parking was more than fine. Overall, satisfied.

The staff were lovely, parking was free and the bed was incredibly comfortable, but that’s where the positivity ends. You can literally hear everything that your neighbours are doing. Conversations. Bedrooms romps. Trips to the bathroom. My door didn’t lock, and there was absolutely zero privacy. There are much better options within the same price range

I have been from a long flight, I was 1 day late from my booking date, then when I was able to checked in, the aircon was not working, they provided me a fan which was very rusty, it also makes annoying noise. I had my most terrible experience, I did not have a choice but to transfer to another hotel.

A small place to rest on the way. The rooms are very small, which is the point - they're perfectly sized luggage lockers with people storage as a bonus. Located 10 minutes cab ride from the airport, and a decent stroll to a train station, you're staying here because it's a room at a good rate, away from most other things, and it's a waypoint, not a destination. Pub across the courtyard is a convenience,. BWS next door an opportunity., and 24hr dining at the OTR for when you've made use of both options

Considering the hotel is in a middle of a fit out / upgrade it was hard to understand what had and had not been done. Our room had poor shower facilities as in was cold showers and no flow of ground water. The air vent and light needed to be fixed. The cleaner's didn’t do a great job, had to tell staff in hotel to complain. Also poor parking facilities at the back at door leaked with rain coming in one evening. Also reception worked limited hours.
