Room was a good size for a studio. Towels were fluffy and the bed linen seemed to be high quality. I really liked the navy blue bathrobe. It was very thick but soft. We didn’t use the hot tub as we were told it is located across the road in the Realm Hotel. Easy car parking under the hotel ($15) with lifts to every floor.

We stayed in the deluxe two bedroom apartment and found a cockroach in one of the "fresh" towels, it jumped right out. I reported it to the front desk and all we got was a "sorry, that's not usually our standard". Extras: In addition, I ordered amenties and had received confirmation they would be delivered but never came. It was also difficult to find a way out of Apartment 1 other than walking out across the parking lot. The heating was very difficult to work and manage the settings. The wifi connection did not work.

Loved the choice of areas to dine and drink..convenience of being on site .Safe parking.i feel the rooms need a little updating as we have stayed here a few times over the last 5years and have stayed in the same room (which I like that room!) but have noticed a few things need repair in the bathroom and curtains don’t really pull back or close properly..very minimal but sometimes little things matter.Great bed very comfy!

The apartments were clean but the cookware was outdated and no items to assist with cooking like oil, salt etc. The check in process was a bit cumbersome and not well explained and/or organised. We had to park on the street because they had run out of parking fobs. They required more staff to be on. I think the apartments need some internal refurbishments as they are starting to be a bit dated. The bed was very nice and luxurious but they had super cheap towels, toilet paper, and kitchen items. The couch was so uncomfortable and the internet was not great.

Light switches are all over the place. Hard to work out what switches turn on what lights. Cupboard door handles are terrible and opening the doors is difficult. Had booked a package which included bfasts and parking. Hotel said it didn’t. You haven’t replied to my emails about this.

Hotel room was beautiful and spacious, though be ware- Ostani bar noise travels considerably and you’ll hear partying into the early hours of the morning 😔
