This is my second stay here and confirms my experience from my first stay that this accommodation is suitable in most cases, but prospective visitors should expect no or near no service delivery from lobby staff. Upon checkout, no individual was present for in excess of 30mins. I had to leave my bags and head to meetings. Let's hope they are there when I return this evening to collect en route to the airport.

Got a room with faulty air con and had to move all of my stuff. I was not travelling light on this trip. Seemed to take a long time to sort out. Was pretty hard to get from the carpark to the unit. But remember I had to move to another unit. They did have a large trolley which helped a lot and this was in the basement near the cars and I had to go and get it. Was hard to understand where to park and was hit with parking charges - room was advertised as ‘parking available’. I feel scammed and its common now on Wotif as it happened again the next night in another hotel.

We liked the luxurious feel to the apartment- it was beautifully styled. Bed was huge and super comfy with lovely linen and soft squishy pillows. Bathroom was luxury andcwe had everything we needed in the kitchen. WiFi worked well and parking space fine if a bit expensive on top of an already expensive apartment for three nights. Would have liked to have been able to ooen windows for some fresh air and also tge guy on reception was not as clear as he coukd have been about how to access parking (English was not his first language). We had a noisy neighbour one night but that sometimes happens I guess.

There is only 20 parking spaces for the hotel rooms in what seems to be an apartment building so parking is not guaranteed and if someone decides to park in your paid spot you have no parking as its attached to an apartment building. The rooms are small but have good features. My gripe is though that the amount of fragrance that is used in this hotel is unnecessary. Anything placed on the floor is now covered in perfume and its asthma inducing. Please stop using so many chemicals in rooms- fresh air is fine! Close to the city but still a way out and not many dining options nearby. will need a car to get around. also only 1 tiny lift for the whole building meaning you can be waiting for 10-15 mins to get anywhere.

The hotel felt brand new and in good condition at first glance but we were shocked when front desk initially said parking was full. It was only when we explained we had driven a long distance that they admitted us in and confirmed there was parking available. Inside our room looked nice and had lots of amenities but it smelt heavily like food. Although its exteriors are nice, The Sebel Campbell needs more floor staff to maintain upkeep and guest services to match it
