Can’t really fault, Most beautiful pool, a nice place to unwind after lots of travel.

Sorry but the meals at the Sports Bar was absolutely woeful, both of us agreed that it’s the worst food in the Territory after 60 yrs of travelling and eating out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Uncle Sam’s over the Sports Bar. Should be ashamed of yourselves for serving that crap up.

Restaurants are good view oceanfront great. Could not purchase late checkout despite being told the day before we could. So booked into day stay at Airport Novotel till our flight leaves to night and very happy with this resort lovely swimming pools bar food service great!

Very disappointed with a lot of things but most of all with the Infinity pool which not known until one arrives, so too late to change hotels, allows the general public in it from Thursday till Sunday, supposedly from midday but people definitely arrived earlier. No proper shower at residents pool for those waiting to go to airport so had to use one in Infinity pool… only one, so had to queue with all those partying. Ridiculous when we’ve paid not a small amount to stay at this hotel and the main photos are of the stunning Infinity pool looking out over the beach.. so quite frankly rather a con. I think this hotel tries to be ALL things to all people but fails in every way. However the food and service, in the Italian restaurant, particularly Francesca very good…

The resort looks nice, the rooms look nice, the service from the resort staff was amazing. However, the room, the lights on one wall kept flickering whenever the wall was lent on or the power point used, the bathroom was all one level (including the shower) so when you had a shower all the water ran underneath the shower door and all over the bathroom floor, so all the towels were used to mop up the water, and the room wasnt serviced in the 3 nights we stayed so the towels weren't exchanged. One aircon wasnt working properly, and the temp or fan speed couldnt be changed, so one section of the apartment was warm and the other cold, condensation developed on the floor and made it wet and very slippery. I ended up going to the airport 4 hours earlier to get better aircon. Wouldn't stay there again for the money we paid. (And this was a free upgraded room we received)

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and clean. Plenty of restaurants and bars. The pools are amazing. Within walking distance to most things but if you don't want to walk, taxi's and Uber is easy to get. The only issue I had was I had to ask a few times to get our room services. Could also do with some a few more things in the room, like cutlery and dish cloth etc. Not a problem if you eat at the restaurants only. Also there was no information folder in the room which we really could've done with.

Tayla (front desk staffer) was lovely and consistently helpful. Room upgrade to procuring a MUCH BETTER VIEW, was appreciated! ‘View’ is everything when travelling alone…& in such a pretty place.

Excellent stay. Would highly recommend to all travellers to Darwin!

Hard to get a taxi, window shutters VERY worn and had to be jammed closed with folded paper.

Nice place but reception staff should be more friendly, no smiles at all, parking is too far, all the close parking is locked even that it is empty, also other hotels we stayed in Darwin had free foxtel this one movies cost money, I haven't seen a hotel that does that in Australia in a very long time, Apart from that all good.
