Amazing views from large balcony. Bus shuttle to Market and Fanny Bay Horse Races. Staff very friendly and efficient. Grab and Go breakfast delivered to room by 8pm each night. Great roof top bar, free live entertainment with snacks provided free. Washing machine in room Microwave, stove and excellent fridge / freezer. Magnificent pool (surrounds could have been cleaned better eg tissue on side of pool for 3 days) Free secure parking. Great value for money ! Location is just outside Darwin CBD fir easy walking to shops. A television in the bedroom would have been nice. Will definitely stay again.

Having a disability and requiring disable parking numerous times the disable car parks were taken by cars without a permit displayed

Friendly staff who went above and beyond for us to enjoy our vacation, breakfast was included each morning as well as free car parking, this will be my permanent residence when visiting Darwin in the future

Hotel is located a short walk from town, but with in walking distance. There is parking available free of charge. Reception were good, although on asking for a 2nd key it took them 4 days to come back to us, in our 6 days stay. We didn't get it resolved. The pool is ok. although it isn't very large and you don't get any sun from the afternoon. You can't sit around the pool easily as you get soaked from "kids" big and small jumping in and out and splashing with pool noodles. Even at the side where the cafe is we got soaked. The evening canapes were nice on the 16th floor, drinks were very expensive though so be warned. $13 for a pint of lager. Rooms were spacious, you can't sit on your balcony as the AC units are pumping out hot air so makes it really uncomfortable. Kitchen has most items you could want. Overall its good but not great!

Loved staying at Zen. Lovely comfortable accommodation, very quiet area, beautiful rooftop bar, pool and breakfast cafe areas. Slight drawback is that it is 10min walk to either waterfront and cbd areas through a bit of a derelict area. If you have transport sorted (car, taxi, Uber, scooter, bike) it’s not an issue. We walked every day and it’s ok/safe.

Roof top restaurant was excellent room aero was excellent. Locality & parking excellent. Will go back there again if opportunity arises

An great apartment style hotel with excellent amenities. The Cafe, gym and pool were great but the real highlight was the rooftop bar with amazing views, complimentary nibbles and generous drinks. The little services such as shuttles to the night market, the spacious viewing and lounging areas makes the place well worth the stay.
