This was a 1-night stay so it has the best location to the airport. Great staff including shuttle service. Great restaurant food. Chef in the hotel restaurant on 1st floor was exceptional. Greatful to the hostess for her food suggestion.

Great location for airport. Charging a crazy amount per night not worth it now, better to catch a taxi to Palmerston or the city

There was periodic banging all night which sounded like it was coming from the corridor or a room close by. I was awoken by it multiple times. The room itself is on par with a motel and not a Novotel. Very disappointing for the price paid. Staff however are fantastic and very helpful. Airport courtesy bus is excellent. Not much in the airport precinct.

Stayed less than a day for a short layover. Perfectly adequate for an airport hotel with plenty of facilities and amenities. They provide free airport shuttles as well, just need to talk to the front desk in advance.

The property rooms are tired, small and needs up dating in the hotel. The grounds new pool Is fantastic and a great place to relax and enjoy before travelling. The hotel will be great once all updates are complete

Very convenient to the airport when arriving late and much appreciated the shuttle bus. Clean and quiet, excellent and friendly service by the staff. Pleased to see bulk bathroom products in the bathroom rather than small individual plastic items, much better for the environment. My only negative comment is about the extremely fat pillows which were very uncomfortable to sleep on. With three pillows in the room, I would have liked to see a thinner pillow amongst them as an alternative option.
