Close to airport and very clean

Everything about the room and staff service was wonderful. I was, however, a little annoyed that there is no vaping allowed off the outside balcony. I was a solo female traveling and had to go outside the complex at night with no shelter in the rain to vape, I can’t understand why it would not be allowed to do this on the private outside balcony. I’m not condoning vaping in general however it felt pretty crappy being sent out into the rain at night when there is a perfectly fine outdoor option at my room where I wouldn’t feel unsafe being alone in an area unknown to me.

Easy access to Tullamarine airport. Breakfast cafe was lovely, but the food was very generic/ordinary. Some fresh fruit salad and yoghurt would have been appreciated.

We booked a deluxe king room ans rhe picture you have advertised on your site conpare to what we got was very wrong. We called reception at the hotel and she said thats the rooom you ordered. She didnt want to help us at all, she said thats it is expedia fault not theirs. She didnt have any customer service skills it was all about how wrong everyone else was and not them or her. We also called to ask how we go about ordering breakfast for rhe next day for delivery to room as we saw the sign they had advertised in the lifts which we took a photo of it. Again called and she said they dont do delivery but why do you have a sign to say you do then. She couldnt answer me.properly and then said no they dont..so why do you have a sign still up on lifts and she said just go over there and have it there. Wow we wanted room service, we saw the advertised in lift and again out flaut. She really needs to learn customers service skills. We have been there.2 times now in 2 months. Doubt we will go back there especially if that lady still there and hasnt improved with her behaviour. Most of my families were there over that weekend due to a wedding that had 450 guest. A little note, the bad news and rude customer service travels very fast.
