I would gladly rate this property. Communication was fabulous. I arrived on a late flight and given sound advice as options to arrive at the property. Well stocked with beverage choices

Lovely staff, great location ie close to Perth airport. The room was good. t’ll be fantastic when the renovation is complete.

Considering the construction going on, it was fine. Id like to come back in a year or 2, and see everything finished. Coud do with more secure parking spaces

In the property description it is not mentioned that the bar is closed although it did mention there was no dining service during renovation period. It was not mentioned that next door to the property there is a 24/7 major railway construction site which was extremely noisy throughout the night. Although in a convenient location for the airport we would not recommend staying at this property.

Easy after hours check-in, safe and secure parking (uncovered, good for higher vehicles that don't fit in undercover parking) clean and spacious room.

Disappointing. Rooms are outdated and I found the bed way too soft and extremely uncomfortable. Carpet and drapes appeared old and grubby. Had a late check in so can't speak to the staff. Is close to the airport and right next to the train. No major issues just over all was not impressed and would not likely stay again.

Friendly service at check in & the room was immaculate one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in I haven’t even stayed in a 5 ⭐️ hotel that clean. Love that you can access the balcony from 2 doors. And there’s secured parking 🅿️ Thank you guys for a beautiful stay.

Lovely hotel, very convenient to train and transport. Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful The only downside was a guest parking herself on walkway outside her room and smoking continually. As this was next to the lift it was hard to get past her and the lift reeked of cigarette smoke. Hopefully management have now stopped her doing that as would certainly stop me staying again if guests allowed to do that . Otherwise great hotel .
