The English speakers were good at providing service, however those were few are far between. The staff seemed very proud that they didn't speak English, despite this being an American chain extremely close to an international airport. I also called ahead of time to confirm there was an airport shuttle, only to find out there actually was none. So maybe its only for Brazilians? The rooms were small and dark, and was only provided a thin top sheet as a blanket. The AC was "running" but did not actually provide cool air, so the room is incredibly stuffy and poor circulated. There was mold present in the bathrooms and in the room itself.
While the restaurant was surprisingly good, the rooms itself were dingy and the rude service from the night crew, who seemed more interested in conversing with each other than helping guests, really soured my impression of this hotel.
I would avoid this hotel unless desperate. They do not welcome non-Portuguese speakers.

I found the room decor and furnishings dated and not up to Ramada levels - seemed like just another cheap transient airport hotel

This property is nice and clean and perfect if you have a layover at Viracopos airport and need a place to stay for a night.
The breakfast is also good here too.

We were so relieved to find they had a buffet available after our long day. We were so hungry and did not want to search for a restaurant.
It was a delicious meal made with all the local fare.
It was great to know we were just a few minutes away from the airport because our flight to our next event was early in the morning.
