Staff was wonderful and helpful a nice place to stay close to the airport

This is the only hotel that provides a free transfer from VCP airport. The driver Leo was so friendly and waited for us even though our plane was late!

The hotel looks very nice from the outside, but rooms are small, service was poor and it was expensive to taxi from airport to Hotel due to location. Not a good place to stay in order to catch a flight.

It costs a fortune to get there by taxi. Room was very small. No bottled water in the frigobar or in the room A real nightmare. I paid on arrival and new I had not used anything in the room - there was nothing there. On the way out to my taxi and the manager challenged me and made me come back in to the front desk. The hotel is comfortable. Good common place and nice view at the back side of hotel. It's generally quiet, but at night, the air conditioning could be bothering. It's better to sleep with the A/C off. Breakfast is good. But the scramble eggs are kind of dry and ordinary. Avoid the food (ie. dinner or room service) ordered from the hotel since the food are extremely salty - and ironically they offer additional sacks of salt for you to "add to your taste." Although the hotel is located conveniently between Indaiatuba and Viracopos, but every single time you enter/exit the hotel, you are charged for the tolls (R$17/each pass, I remember). This makes the travel less friendly. I believe the main target consumer for this hotel are the people going through VCP airport.
