The Comfort inn is unde4going renovations the lobby is beautiful and the rooms are huge and well appointed. There are ALot of drugged ip and drunk people wandering the area around the hotel outside with a liquor store and dispensary the next parking lot over. Waterslide pool area was nice and the continental breakfast is well done.

Renovations underway which made it not what you would hope. Parking was a challenge with 14 storage containers in the parking lot. Car was damaged overnight by someone trying to break in. The front desk person in the morning was friendly and apologetic.

Loved the pool. Hotel was under construction so parking was limited. Rooms are modern but wasn't very clean when we arrived.

The room was spacious and newly renovated. There was dust on many surfaces in the room. Starting from arrival there is limited parking space because of all the storage containers taking up all the spaces. (There are at least 10) entering the hotel the first thing you see are floor to ceiling tarps for a huge construction process in the entrance. We brought our grandchildren there for 1 night of swimming and fun and every time we went to use the pool there were no pool towels in the pool area. Twice i asked the front desk to bring towels and they only brought out about 4-6 towels while the pool was full of families as it is spring break.. The included breakfast was OK and typical of this franchise. The kids enjoyed the waffles.

Hotel is undergoing some renovations so no lobby area to speak of, there were shipping containers in most of the parking lot Staff were helpful and the room itself was very clean and comfortable

The room was big and spacious and so comfy. We arrived late (delayed flight) and repeatedly tried to pick up the phone to be let in. The fellow just continued restocked their commissary despite there being an open window to the front desk where the phone was ringing (I’m sure he heard it because we could). Finally a guest that was returning let us in. The breakfast was nice - again a big spacious room. A lot of work being done at the hotel, I’m guessing it was never finished? The hammering started at 6:45 am or so. I did let someone know about our issues of getting in and her response was “he is our best night auditor”. I would stay again.

This is our go too if we are traveling through Kelowna. Dog friendly and comfy beds.
