Great staff, hotel is easy to find, there is beautiful area to lounge by the pool, lots of parking, comfy beds and super clean Bonus = pretty damn good breakfast

We booked a suite on the courtyard at $229 per night and were downgraded to a room listed at that time for $107 per night due to having a service animal. The manager refused to refund us the difference. The continental breakfast is already peeled hard boiled eggs in a pot, apples/oranges, mini muffins and bacon. There were ants which is not a big deal except they don’t clean rooms daily during your stay:(. The gym has NO treadmill, the elliptical and electronic bike do not work. Each day a staff member parked in the parking spot for the room making parking a bit of an issue as we had to park pretty far away. All these issues may be acceptable at a lower price point than what I was charged.

I arrived late staff was on hand and very helpful to a very tired traveler.

Staff was very helpful. We ran into a cleaning issue but the gentleman on duty transferred us super fast with no issues or questions. He was helpful and amazing. Only thing is the beds are super super soft. If you have back issues maybe ask if they have something firmer. Also we did pay for queen beds but those were not queen sized beds. However we figured due to having to change room we might have been given whatever room was available. Which we made work. Property is located in a convenient location. Easy access. There was parking available for everyone. Checking in and out was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again- if they have firmer mattress. All in all it was great!
