Nice hotel with clean well appointed rooms. Breakfast was very good. Would be nice if they trimmed bushes near parking lot entrance as it comes up quick and easy to miss pulling in as there is only one chance.

Elevator was down when we got there. Walked up 3 flights of stairs in heated stairwell with our suitcases. Front desk wasn’t very friendly. We were going to pay at the hotel and they gave me the receipt with it charged to my credit card the next morning and went back to what she was doing.

We stayed one night en route to PEI. Arrived fairly late, but were able to wal to St.Louis bar and grill for a late dinner. Lots of parking, super easy check in and check out, elevator and wide hallways. Our room was clean, comfortably large with multiple chairs, 2 luggage racks and lots of outlets for charging. The bed was comfortable and all staff were very friendly. The only downside - in the morning we were woken up, more than once, by doors slamming shut. We suspect it was several guests on our floor leaving or going back and forth to the breakfast room downstairs? A minor annoyance, would not deter us from staying again or recommending this property.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Great breakfast and very clean environment. Very friendly staff. Our vehicle had a issue and staff at front desk were really helpful in finding a mechanic for us. Big should put to the evening staff. 😊 Definitely would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Moncton. One of our best stays. Loved it

Room was nice and spacious. Staff were courteous and helpful despite the fact that they were extremely short of staff. We arrived at 7 pm and the room was not ready so we had to go out again. We came back at around 8 pm and the room was still not ready. Even though we were very tired after our long trip, seeing only 4 staff working and there were doing their best to give us a room as fast as they could made us try our best to wait patiently. I would give it a 4 star if we didn't check in so late. But I understand it was not their fault since the whole travel industry is short of staff now.

The King suite was lovely. Breakfast and parking was good and the hotel is in a great location. Only downside is that the pool is freezing cold

I dont have any real complaints , the entrance into the parking lot is kind of hidden, we missed it the first time , but otherwise a very clean building and room and the staff were excellent ! Will likely book here again in the future !
