This hotel was one of the nicer ones in Moncton. A $14 snack coupon was given while checking in. We got some chips and an ice tea. Our room was huge with river view. It was equipped with usb charging ports. It'd be great if the windows were bigger. You could watch the daily tidal bore from the room or from their balcony. Free breakfast was served by staff in the restaurant. Nespresso coffee was included. Planty of parking was available. There were a grocery store and a gas station just across the street. Checking in/out were efficient and staff was friendly.

Beautiful place. Excellent stay. Awesome staff. Absolutely loved our stay here. Free breakfast and parking. Witnessed the tidal bore at our doorstep. River view was excellent.

We came to Moncton for our Anniversary and enjoyed our stay here. It was clean with plenty of room. The view of the river was nice too. The property is located within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, and the nature walk is nice. The breakfast is solid and the parking is easy. I would definitely stay again!

This hotel was located on the river for excellent views of the tidal bore. It was accessible for my 83 year old father with plenty of free onsite parking, a very good hot breakfast and an outdoor patio to eat and relax.

I didn’t receive my vip perk until the morning I checked out so I couldn’t use it. Breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30. I had to be at the airport by 6 so I couldn’t eat breakfast. The front desk wouldn’t call me a cab, they said I had to call myself. The man working the morning I checked out watched my struggle with my bags and did not offer to help, even when he saw I couldn’t get the entry door open.

Love staying at Le Chateau when going to Moncton. Our preferred choice when going to shows at the Capitol Theatre. Well situated for shopping at the Mall. However, would love to have a larger table to play cards or board games and more chairs. Appreciate free parking and breakfast.

Easy parking. Close to activities. Wonderful view of the river and the tidal bore. Great walking/bicycle path with signs telling the history of Moncton. Clean confortable bed. Amazing shower. Husband had very good breakfast experience. Wife dairy and gluten intolerent so packaged outmeal only option.

The property is located close to the city centre, yet did not charge extra for parking and is easily accessible. The area at the back of the property is open and nicely kept right on the riverfront. Hotel is walking distance to restaurants, banks, grocery stores, and other shops.
