Hyatt Place Moncton

This was a really nice hotel right on Main Street in Moncton. There were great restaurants and bars all around the hotel. Check in and parking were very easy.

Such a nice place to stay in the heart of Moncton city.. Room was so clean, fresh, like brand new! I will definitely stay here and recommend to all. Just 1 thing, they charge for hotel parking which I think should be included in the price as basic service. Other than that, top notch hotel :)

Everything about this property is great. Gym, room, breakfast, pool, staff, parking, location.

Check in simple and fast, easy access to parking lot and a lot of places, great break fast !

My sister and I stayed at Hyatt Down Town Moncton NB we enjoyed our 2 nights and had a beautiful view of Skating Ring and Maine st. The staff at front Desk and Morning Brunch was helpfull and pleasant! The breakfast which was included with our room plentiful and fresh fruits was a plus! Minor concern was just the bathroom door was very heavy and noisy it wakes up the other person in room! Will definitely return! Manager was top! Outside parking should be included as there are no other options! Hope to be back soon! Very satisfied!

The hotel management is the worse I have come across when it comes to crisis management. I booked the hotel via expedia for a planned travel to Moncton on 16 September. However, due to the hurricane which was making a landfall that weekend, flights and travel to Moncton was disrupted and I could not make it to Moncton. I called Expedia and I understand that they reached out to the hotel. The hotel management has insisted that no refund will be made because the request for cancellation happened within 48hours to arrival. My inability to make the trip was as a result of a natural disaster which no one has control over especially since the event I was coming for was only cancelled on 15th September. The hotel has refused a refund. You are advised to avoid this hotel as much as possible as they have shown that they care more for profits than their customers wellbeing and loyalty.

As a conscious traveller who travel frequently, I look for hotels that offer sustainable options. I like that the hotel has a refillable water station in the lobby as the obvious step in minimizing the impact of one-time use plastics.

Easy to find and the parking while you have to pay per day is easy to access. First rate interior, hotel staff are very customer-focused and don't discuss your details loudly while confirming with you (which is such an understated service). The staff also provided key information while checking in. Hotel room was stunning and very comfortable.

Great hotel. Newly renovated. Breakfast included. Very spacious room (2 queen beds plus pullout couch). New bathroom. Very clean. In an excellent area walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Only thing that bothered me was they charge guests for parking. $16/ night.

We had a fabulous stay! The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful layout and atmosphere! Their breakfast was delicious, and they also have an amazing Italian restaurant attached to the hotel! You needed to add on parking, but it wasnt too expensive and parking made easy!! The hotel is located away from the hectic shopping areas, but so close to get to, less then a 10-15minute drive! Your far enough out that it is quiet but close enough to everything, it is great!! The staff were so friendly and helpfull! Would come back to this hotel again!
