Overview

The Delta Hotels by Marriott Beausejour receives mixed reviews. While many guests praise the helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the enjoyable pool and waterslide, particularly appealing to families, significant concerns exist regarding cleanliness, parking fees, and additional charges. Several guests reported issues such as unclean rooms, malfunctioning amenities (air conditioning, televisions, fridges), and significant noise disturbances. The high cost of parking, often not clearly communicated upfront, is a recurring complaint. While the hotel's location is considered convenient, the overall experience is inconsistent, with some guests having positive stays while others report significant problems.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! We were travelling for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that it was the most memorable stay. They upgraded us to the honeymoon suite, left us a piece of cheesecake and the sweetest note congratulating us on our marriage. Everyone was so kind.

The staff were very helpful, kind and approachable. The room was very clean and parking and checkout was a breeze. Parking is expensive though.

Check in was slow and I had to wait for nearly a half hour after check in time for the keys. There was banging for hours in the night the first night of our stay. It seems that we were right beside blocks of rooms for a hockey tournament. When we checked out after our 2 night stay our parking that was $17 a day wasn’t validated so we couldn’t exit the parking lot and had to go back in. Average at best with inconvenience factor, would not go back.

Booked 2 rooms so my kids can have adjourning rooms and they said before I checked in that they had my rooms but just weren’t cleaned yet and when I came back, my rooms were 7 rooms away!!! They only offered free parking as an apology and then they still charged me for the parking!! Very disappointed

Overall a great stay at the hotel. Very quiet and in a great location. The only down fall is no real security in the parking lot.

Hair in the tub. Noise from unattended children kept awake from people slamming doors half the night and woke up from the same thing. When brought to the attention of the front desk we were given our parking fee back. 17 bucks for a miserable night was not near enough after we paid $ 322.00 for the night.

The staff are friendly but the overall service was lacking. My flight was delayed & I finally arrived to check-in to the hotel just after 2am. I walk into my room & find a partially eaten pizza slice on a shelf in the room. I phone & ask for it to be looked after in the morning as I have a 7am meeting. I return to my room at 11am the following day to notice the bed is made but the pizza is still there! I go in person to reception & advise them of this. I return to the conference I’m attending at the hotel & return to my room after 2:30pm …with the pizza is STILL there…more than 12 hours after I advised them. (Check the time stamps on the pics). They offered me apologies & access to the lounge & dinner (which just happened to be left-overs of the lunch we had at the conference that took place at the hotel). There are much better options in Moncton.

Everything was excellent the only thing would be to have the parking included in the room fee!

Our room (king suite with sofa bed) was so small, I couldn’t believe it. The curtains were so filthy when I touched them to close them, they left a film on my hands as if I had pet a dirty horse. Gross….they must never ever get cleaned. The hotel lobby was really nice, games room & pool slide was cool for the kids - the whole reason we stayed but soooo not worth the money for $209 CAD tax for the night. No breakfast included and we had to pay $20 for parking on top of it (paid parking only!) There was popcorn in the lobby when we arrived for the kids which they loved. Our room was showing signed of wear and the carpet felt dirty too. The kids were also very disappointed by the size of the overcrowded swimming pool and said the chlorine was burning there eyes so much. Overall we were severely disappointed and felt like we got ripped off, which we did. Next night we paid $167 tax in Fredericton for an awesome & clean family suite (king size bed, large clean new bathroom, mini fridge & large flat screen in the main area AND a separate room with 2 twin beds for the kids with their own flat screen on the wall too. Breakfast & parking included! Think before you stay at this Delta, you will be disappointed.

We had a broken fridge, there was garbage in the pull out couch bed. We did laundry and was told to get change at the front counter and no one had change. They said they don’t carry floats. I had to wait for a manager to bring me 2 loonies. The parking lot costs $17 to park in an unsecure lot that’s not even properly paved with huge ruts. One elevator was down for some maintenance and the hotel was extremely busy. Took forever to get the elevator. Just very unhappy with this experience.
