Very clean and very nice people here. They were very accommodating. We had trouble turning on the a/c, but not to worry, they sent up a person to help us out. Only problem we had was negotiating the underground parking...very tight entry and exit.

Out of all of the hotels we have stayed at across Canada, this was by far the best. Very clean, very accomodating, guests have access to a washer and dryer at no extra fee. Kids loved the pool (its small but fun), and the free breakfast. Underground parking was so convenient.

It would have been nice if there was a proper parking lot for this property instead of the city provided one where you had to move your car every 2 hours

Stayed in a pet friendly accessible room. Room and bathroom beautifully updated and clean. Arrived very late (12:30 pm) and concierge was very nice and friendly. Felt very safe as entry to hotel after hours is only via key card. Lots of dining options nearby and hotel was beside a farmer’s market. Had paid parking but garage had only 7 ft. clearance so parked outside.

We only stayed one night, but it was clean and everyone was very friendly. Only downside was the parking situation, we had to park down the block unless we wanted to pay extra to park underground. Good comfy bed, nice shower pressure. Would stay again

We had a wonderful stay with 2 young kids. We had an Hyundai electric car and were able to charge with the city charging for free in the open parking near the Hotel for 4 hours overnight. Easy access to Magnetic hill and the Shediac beach is also one hour drive . A pleasant stay with all facilities and comfort.

Parking lot at the back side is public parking, it’s full most of the time so I need to park my car at another place and walk back or wait until someone moved. One more inconvenience is the hotel’s back door is locked after 9:00, we packed at the back then need to come to the front to get in, I don’t like it at all
