Property is good. They asked for $100 depot for each room. I though they have Mini Bar in the room. When I entered the room, there is no justification to get $100 deposit. I asked the front desk lady why deposit? She said she work at other hotels and they charged. I told her I travel most of the places no one asked for it. I notice her face changed. I did notice other person next to be not paid any deposit. Not sure about anything now days

2nd visit and just as great as the first. Our go to spot for Ottawa now. Room is spacious and we were able to bring our bicycles in. And free parking is always the best!

Room was nice and clean if a little outdated. Staff were friendly enough but didn't go out of their way to make our stay extra enjoyable. Disappointed that the coffee bar in the lobby was only accessible 12-5pm, and often was opened late and closed early (cups, sugar, etc locked away in a cabinet) - another Best Western Plus location we recently stayed at had theirs open at all hours. Also was not aware that the pool was outdoors only and did not open until June (we stayed in May and had bought bathing suits specifically for this trip). Parking is a bit tight and not very secure, there were some homeless people wandering the parking lot two of the days we were there.

Did not like continuous alarms going off in the middle of the night, lots of hallway noise,refrigerator was noisy. Disruptive of sleep.Parking lot was very tight. Not well marked where parking was. Was given choice for printed or emailed receipt. I chose printed, then the printer didn’t work. It was right beside the attendant; they wouldn’t resolve why it wasn’t working and forced me to have an emailed receipt. Just annoying following two disruptive nights sleep for both of us.

Room was next to parking lot where people were partying, I called multiple times as it was so loud and smoke filled room even with windows closed. They moved me finally at 12am, but very terrible experience.

Mattresses and pillows were horrible which have to a terrible nights sleep and chronic pain from disabilities inflamed. Rooms were not found proof and people loud till all hours of the night and early morning. I do not recommend this location as a family friendly or vacation stay at all. :-( Staff was nice and courteous even tho they forgot to provide wifi informations. Ample free parking at the location when ch is a bonus for Ottawa.

Friendly staff, upgraded my room since their King size room is under renovation. Good location, very close to the highway and the room is quiet. Free parking! Great experience, recommend.
