I travel extensively for business and am fairly low maintenance. The only thing that will keep me from staying at this location again is the fact that the in-room coffee was absolute undrinkable sludge. The packages containing cream and suger only had one packet of each. I had to go downstairs to the restaurant to purchase coffee each morning.
The service was good, the staff was helpful and friendly and having a restaurant on site was convenient. There were no noise issues and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Place was clean. Staff was good. The horrible thing was all the noise till 3am. There were groups of young men outside the lobby smoking various material when we got in at 9 pm. Had to go to airport at 3:30 am & there we’re still people outside smoking. Banging on doors & yelling let me in. Tried to go back to sleep after airport drop off but still banging on doors & yelling. We have stayed at the heritage inn a few times but guaranteed that was our last. Very discouraging they would allow this kind of behaviour. Elderly people will not put up with this.

Its an older property. It is clean, quiet and safe. It is a great location for easy access to the airport. It has lots of parking.

I’ve stayed a couple of times now when taking flights in and out of Saskatoon Airport. The property is older and the staff aren’t always the most polite, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. They do offer breakfast included as an option from 7am-11am in their restaurant and it is a great option. They have a variety of meal selections to choose from, such as a traditional breakfast or pancakes. The value cannot be beat. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed for a night prior to an early morning flight as it’s only a few minutes drive to the airport. There was plenty of parking and the staff was very quick during check-in. Unfortunately, my initial key card did not work in my room so had to return to the front desk but the staff was very helpful in assigning me a new room with a working door. The building is older and amenities are limited, but it is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unless someone is next door to you (as you can hear their door), it is quite quiet. For the price point, I will definitely stay again.

Not thrilled about the deposit. I travel a lot and When I stay at other hotel chains they charge extra for incidentals, but not an amount more than the room itself. I always have been told that if you pay by credit card a deposit isn’t needed.

For the money this was a great value. It is an airport hotel so the location isn't great for dining or getting a drink, and the lounge shut down at 9, but that is mostly to be expected. The only major negative was that there was a homeless person sleeping on the lobby couches one evening while we were there, but he was gone the next time we were in the lobby.
