The check-in experience was very good. The front desk clerk was helpful and accommodating as we had to fly out early in the morning. They called a cab so it would be waiting for us when we needed and the cost of leaving our car was much cheaper than any other parking company or hotel. The rooms need some updating and we’re not very clean looking (needed some serious elbow grease to clean them up). They looked a bit dingy and there were a few hairs in the tub and pink around the bathtub tiles.

This place was great. The hotel as a whole is clean, nice pool and hot tub, the rooms were very clean, bedding was crisp and fresh and shower was hot and well kept. The only negative was parking my giant U-Haul with car hauler and the AC wasn't great. I didn't say anything about the AC until I checked out because it didn't bother me.

The door to the room did not lock from the outside. Early check-in was not possible. Asked for a room on the main floor, but was put on the fourth floor. Hotel is located close to airport (15 minutes walk, but not all roads had sidewalks for pedestrians. Very noisy location right next to cicle drive. Shark Club bar/ restaurant and Denny’s breakfast place in the building. No free breakfast.

When we open our room and enter it has bad smell which I think it is from the floor looks dirty and old we had a very long travel we went to bed after shower but I found my self with stuffy nose in the morning. The front desk personnel gave me the wrong, not working key which I have to return and gave me the other one which worked. It took so long to get the trolly which I found one after long wait.

This Sandman is my new favourite hotel to stay at. I enjoy booking the king size room with the kitchenette and sofa because it is so comfortable and spacious and very clean. There’s lots of parking it’s near a lot of amenities and the pool is good. The staff here are so kind and helpful.

All was well, we checked in late due to delayed flights so we were offered a much needed late checkout which was very much appreciated. The only thing kind of weird about our room was the smell, it's like they sprayed it down with some sort of chocolatey sweet smelling spray which was quite bothersome since I'm sensitive to scents. Also makes me wonder what they were trying to cover up with such a strong scent. Either way, can't complain much since it was a cheap hotel and we were in there for less than 12 hours. Having Dennys next door is a nice bonus too.

This property was handy for what our needs were, a place to stay the night before we were to fly out. Good location close to the airport and the room was quiet. The room was dated and could use a refresh, but the biggest downfall was the bed, so worn out it was like a hammock. I imagine in time it will be replaced but we simply couldn't sleep on it.

Bed bugs expedia thanks. Thenyou guys have screwed up my flights and refused to help rebook even with travelguard. Not a customer anymore post that expedia
