Quick one night stay and we loved it! Breakfast was a nice addition the other guests were comped a taxi to airport since shuttle to airport wasn’t running that early! That was a huge bonus, thank you : )

With no explanation they are charging me an extra $50.0 more than the rate I booked it at. Ridiculous! They should be ashamed for misleading their rates and taking advantage of travellers like this.

The property was a good value and I received good customer service for a small issue. I hadn't realized that the airport shuttle involved use of a voucher with a contracted taxi company. Due to a misunderstanding, I ended up paying out of pocket to get to the hotel. I appreciated that the manager contacted me right away and corrected the situation.

The Riide van (for our trip from the airport) was disgusting! Reeked of smoke, was extremely dirty and felt like it was going to fall apart. The driver was not overly ambitious with our luggage. Not a good image for the hotel! The only good thing was it was complimentary.
