The furnishings throughout the whole building need to be attention. I didn’t see a single item that wasn’t damaged or significantly dated. Despite the conditions, the hotel is clean, which saves it. The pool is cute but not private in any way, as per the design, so I didn’t use it. The airport shuttle service is amazing and is the only reason I would return. The staff would benefit from training around deescalating customers who are upset. There were 3 customers who were struggling to communicate well (they were irate) and the staff seemed to not know what to do or how to respond effectively. I felt unsafe in the lobby during one specific man who was very upset. Management must take notice!

We stayed two nights for a mini get-away. Plenty of parking, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We had a room at the end of the hall, so only one room beside us. There were events going on including a wedding and did not hear a thing!

It was very nice to leave our car at the property while we were on a trip. The airport shuttle was good, but when I tried phoning the hotel to get it, I was hung up on three times. The fourth time I got through with a minimal time on hold. It was after 8 pm. We also miss the breakfast coupon we use to be offered with an upgrade package. We always took advantage of that.

Good view, lots of parking space, poolside lounge. Rooms are a bit dated looking, pool is very small. Would love to see a hot-tub, but overall a nice place!

I’ve likely stayed at the Saskatoon Inn 40-50 nights over the last five years for both work and leisure. It was always ok and decent. Lately, extremely rude staff…I tried to check in mid-afternoon yesterday and was told to “ Leave, go away, and come back at 4 pm.” So if my room was unavailable, a normal front desk interaction would be to apologize that my room wasn’t ready, send me to the bar for a beer while I wait, or have a coffee on them while I wait. Never in my 35 years of travelling have I been told “Leave, go away, come back later.” It’s offensive, rude, and condescending to talk to a customer in this manner. From the front desk to the restaurant; English seems to be a language that is not primary and almost unknown. It is very difficult to even place a simple order for breakfast or to interact with the front desk staff. I’m not sure why proficient English skills are not a requirement for this hotel’s customer service staff; but it’s definitely not a priority to the owner/management of this hotel. Restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be; seems like different staff every time I visit. Do yourself a favour, spend your money elsewhere…this hotel doesn’t value or appreciate customers or understand or care how to give good customer service. Maybe they should leave and go away ? I will never stay here again.

Stayed one night after a late night flight arrival. We called when landed for the shuttle and would have preferred they send someone but had to call back after bags collected, then a bit of a wait, which wasn't ideal with young kids. However, loved our shuttle driver! Rooms are spacious and was clean. View was of the roof which I'm assuming was from the 3rd party booking. Only complaint I'd say is their awful pillows! Lumpy and uncomfortable after a long day of travel wasn't what we would expect but they also were hosting some evacuees from fires so could just have been a busy time to stay and trying to keep all happy. Breakfast brunch was delicious and would return again to both hotel and breakfast.

When we arrived at 415 pm, our room was not ready, despite check in time being at 3pm. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we received our room keys. After making our wau to our room, there were dirty napkins and cutlery on the floor in the hallway. The room itself was clean and spacious but we were frustrated with the inconvenience. We were given a breakfast voucher however our service the next morning was terrible. No coffee refills and no one came to check in. I had to track down a different staff member for take out boxes. The kids enjoyed the pool but we were really wishing there was a hot tub as it says so on several of the travel websites.
