A nice hotel. Not convenient to airport or Downtown St Joh’s.

Perfectly good hotel to stay in. Well run. They are good at the hotel business. Safe clean and comfortable. Also great location close to highway and hospital. Saw a sign that said they had shuttle service to hospital also. Beds were very comfortable. Dark and air conditioned for great nights sleep.

We could get a shuttle to hospital and didn’t have to worry about parking at hospital That was awesome

great place had a ompany function which led to no parking available for one night. would stay here again. great restaurant on site and bar

I’ve stayed here since they first opened the doors.I honestly can’t say anything negative about my stays there.Great hotel with a convenient location.Food is good and lots of parking.

Excellent area, parking lot needs repair after the winter (to be expected),having to order towels for room daily was inconvenient ( result of pandemic), staffat front desk could certainly be more welcoming, overall this stay suited our needs.

The beds were poorly made. The view from the room was that of the garage area. The faucets leaked and the TV was far from acceptable. Lines constantly running across Tv screen. The land line in the room was filthy. Ordered breakfast for the room got put on hold for so long we hung up and called the front desk. No spoons on the tray. We always stayed at this hotel when traveling to St John’s for Apts but it sure has gone downhill in the last few years. It will be our last stay. We did have dinner in the dining room and the service was good and the meal was delicious.
