Very nice hotel, easy parking if you pay to park in their lot, within walking distance of everything in downtown St. John's.

First time I had to pay for parking at a hotel air conditioner was very noisy n didn’t cut n n out with temperature of the room first when I arrived the furniture was very dusty but the next two days it was clean regularly

Great location to downtown shops, restaurants, port, clise to quidi vidi, trails to Signal hill, indoor pool and hottub, great restaurant and room service, very comfortable beds, easy self parking, well kept grounds and clean/friendly.

Beautiful Hotel and had a lovely stay. My only complaint is being one of the more expensive hotels in St. John's I was a little disheartened when I was told I had to pay an additional parking fee on top of my already pricey reservation fee. This is something I feel should be included in the reservation fee as it is with most other hotels in the city.

The hotel accommodations were fine but the parking was terrible and meant that I had to schedule meetings elswhere.

Great location and views, amenities were great as well as staff and food. The only down, the hotel parking lot entry makes zero sense. If drive in to unload, there is no way out without going through paid parking area. It obviously a problem as there is a NO U-TURNS sign.

Microwave not stable on fridge, parking kiosks unclear as to guest use, reception desk talking too fast and unclear, coffee terrible. The only good thing about this place is it’s location and view - a lot of general inconveniences.

The cost for parking should be included in the room cost. Pet fees for the room are expensive.
