Convenient shuttle to property from airport. Friendly reception. Clean, quiet room. Short walk to nearby restaurants.

The breakfast was great and worth the stay. Location is close to polo park and airport. Kind bed was comfy and room very clean. Hallway was quiet and we had no issue. Check in was slow and a second person assisting instead of taking the phone calls would have been helpful . At check out the woman did not look up or acknowledge me which could be improved but overall I would stay again.

Good hotel with good breakfast options every day. Large parking lot in back side. Nice neighborhood and close to zoo, ikea and mall. Our AC was making noise and also cleaning was not done on day 1. Upon contacting the help desk, they gave us another room. Swimming pool area is amazing.

Booked based on them having a shuttle to and from the airport. Learned that the shuttle doesn’t operate after 10 PM and before 5 AM. Suggested that they be clearer about this when booking. Also surprised to see a $50 refundable damage deposit when the room was already paid for in full. Once again, they should be clearer about what the customer can expect. Seeing a patron bloodied and attended to in the lobby by EMT combined with the intoxicated person that attempted to get into the taxi when I arrived, made me question my decision to book there. I will never book another room at that hotel.

This hotel was a mixed bag. While some staff members were helpful and went above and beyond, the overall experience was unfortunately marred by a number of issues. • Shuttle Service: The shuttle service was unreliable, especially after 10 PM. We arrived late due to a flight delay and were forced to take a taxi, incurring an unexpected expense. The next morning, our request for a shuttle to a nearby location was also denied, leaving us inconvenienced. • Pet Policy: The hotel advertised itself as pet-friendly, but it felt more like a burden than a perk. There was a $25 per night surcharge, plus a $200 insurance deposit, which felt excessive and was not clearly communicated during booking. • Hygiene Issues: The shower drain was severely clogged, causing slow drainage and a risk of flooding. Cleanliness is a basic expectation and this oversight was unacceptable. • Noise and Disruptions: The hotel was very noisy, with guests running up and down the hallway late at night and loud parties. We even witnessed a couple of medical emergencies related to drug use. • Hotel Staff: Some staff members appeared exhausted and overwhelmed, which impacted their customer service. • Secondhand Smoke: The smell of cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms infiltrated our unit, impacting our comfort and overall experience. • Breakfast: The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, but you needed a coupon, which was easily lost. This felt like a strange and unnecessary inconvenience. Overall: 2/5

The room smelled like urine, very poorly lit, The reading light didnt not work. The pool was very small and not clean, the hot top was closed. The staff was very friendly. Had to call airport shuttle twice when we arrived . Waited 1 hour at the airport for the hotel shuttle.

Updated room, large breakfast area, standard breakfast with hot food choices, super hot coffee, awesome front desk gal and shuttle driver, nice pool, sauna, and hot tub, comfortable bed. Only complaint would be hearing people talking in the hallway and doors banging shut, but I think this hotel may be an older building where that’s just how it is. Actually, a louder fan in the room would help with this issue (I just popped in earplugs). Otherwise, wonderful stay and would highly recommend!!

Good basic hotel close to airport.

This hotel was great. Clean, organized and great security. Its close to the airport and downtown by car. The only issue is no walkable restos.
