What makes this hotel great is the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the breakfast service, shuttle, and bar staff.Kudos to the customer service team.

Positives: The hotel was clean with many amenities on site and wonderful staff who were quick to address and resolve any issues. Quick access to the airport and close to Polo Park and other shopping. Negatives: while clean, the pool is small and great if the hotel is quiet- if the hotel is busy the small area echos with screams from kids and seems to lack capacity for more than 10 or so kids to comfortably play and for an upscale seemingly modern hotel the elevators felt from another era they were incredibly slow and delayed.

Just a short overnight stay close to the airport for early morning flight . Was very quiet , slept well in very comfortable bed.

It’s near the airport and in a very commercial area. Not exactly a pretty, scenic area but it is what we expected because we wanted to be the airport
