The Locale Hotel Grand Cayman

Great location, close to airport, restaurants, beaches and transportation. Friendly and helpful staff, very warm and welcoming, rooms clean and appear as pictured on website, great in room amenties with coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay at Seven mile beach without having to pay luxury property prices

Absolutely wonderful. My wife and I were traveling with our 8 month old and The Locale was great. The room was perfect for us. The had a crib ready for us and the staff COULD NOT BE ANY NICER. Everyone went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were taken care of. My little 8 month old was treated like family by all the staff. They were so wonderful with him.

Very convenient to airport and many restaurants. Located on main road so traffic noise was present. Free breakfast with lodging.

It was my first time traveling alone and decided on Locale because of how close it was to the beach and restaurants. The room was beautiful. The staff were so nice and accommodating especially Amber, Allison and Sean-Paul. They really helped me to find things to do and lead me in the right direction. I met Tyler the day before i was leaving and she was also very friendly. They staff get along well with each other which is amazing to see! I cannot wait to come back! Candace

Great little hotel. Rooms are large, plenty of room to spread out, completely updated and clean! Staff is great. Location perfect. 5 min walk to public beach. Or $12 taxi/$2 bus to Governors Beach which is beautiful. Hotel offers use of beach umbrella, chairs and towels. The hotel also has a small pool area, only 10 lounge chairs, but it was never crowded.

Convenient for business travel, reasonably priced.

I stayed on business for 4 nights. I had a very good stay. I like that the breakfast is a full breakfast and is offered from 7am-11am. Please note that you can choose from 7 or 8 menu items off the breakfast menu, but not the full breakfast menu. The rooms are very spacious and the interior is modern. There is some noise because it's right on the main West Bay Rd./Highway, but by 10pm, it's not too noisy and I slept fine. Driving on the island is pretty easy, but there is some traffic to be expected during morning and evening rush hour. I like that they offer beach chairs and umbrellas that you can take with you to any of the local beach access points. The desk was great to suggest walking north past the underpass and taking the next path to the beach, which is a great stretch of 7 mile beach. This hotel is in a great location beause it's a very quick ride/taxi to the airport, and you can walk to many fantastic restaurants, including the nice walk across the path to Camana Bay. I suggest trying Peppers restaurants and the Craft restaurant right across the street. Everything is very expensive in Cayman, but this is as reasonable a price as I could find for a nice hotel in a convenient location. Would definitely stay agian if the price is right.

I loved my stay at local but also wanted to stay at the Hampton. I should’ve stayed at the Locale! So much space and I love the access and parking in rear. The room was beyond my dreams and I was extremely satisfied. Thank you Locale staff, you guys were exceptional!

Great little motel with big clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, and perfect location for business travelers. For the price you can't go wrong
