I only had a overnight stay before transferring onto a domestic flight. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and efficient. The hotel staff helped me to organise a delivery of a walker in Shanghai, and everything was taken care. The hotel also had a restaurant closing at 10pm.

Breakfast is good. But transportation to the airport is NOT one every half hour after 9 AM, which I did not notice and had to call taxi myself

The hotel is located in an isolated rural area near the airport with an access to a metro station (Line 2) some 600 meters away. There is no any dinning facilities in the vicinity of the hotel. As a result, we had to dine in the cafe of the hotel which costs 80 chinese yuans per person. The food provided is well below our expectation for the price. The hotel provides free shuttle services from the hotel to the airport, but not the other way around. Will definitely not pick this hotel in the future.

Close to airport and room was modern and bright. Very comfortable bed but room had a strange smell. Check in staff were abrupt and not very welcoming. Shuttle bus was good departing every 30 mins.

Excellent location, right by airport and metro station so easy access to the city. There’s a free hotel bus that goes to and from both airport terminals so you will arrive to your flight on time. Staff were friendly and informative of any questions asked. Would highly recommend if you’re in Shanghai for a short stay.
