Very convenient hotel, specailly for the shuttle to and from the Airport. Reception personnel should smile a little bit more.

We needed to stay near the airport and have shuttle service very early in the morning. They did a great jib and were very friendly. The frint desk also spoke English which made it easier for us than in many other part of China that we visited.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the hotel. The staff were super friendly, especially the front desk staff ID #3, the check in and out peocess was seamless, we were offered a free upgrde to a disney theme family room. It was cute! The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle was prompt. A great place to stay to catch an early morning flight at the airport.

Nice mid-size near Shanghai Pudong International Airport(PVG). Free and frequent transportation to airport and Disney Resort nearby. Very clean and organized and customer service is fast and satisfactory. Plus: complimentary delicious breakfast of a variety of food items. Staff (#19/21/23) are very helpful.

Our 2nd stay at the Joyful yard while on a 20 hour transit between flights just very easy hotel to stay at while in Shanghai.

Transit in Shaghai for 20 hours needed a hotel out of the airport to sleep shower and eat, the Joyfull yard was perfect for us. Close to shops and the free airport shuttle was perfect and on time drop off and pick up.

Great location, very friendly staff, excellent customer service, especially front desk staff ID# 10, shuttle is prompt and convenient, shuttle driver Mr. Chen is very helpful. Our room is very clean and quiet, the bed is comfortable. We had a nice stay there after a long flight. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back again!

Shuffle to PVG airport 24 hours. Self laundry service. Staffs are very friendly and energetic. Highly recommended.
