The hotel is a great place to stay for a night before or after a flight. The hotel lobby can get a little loud with music and guest. The airport is a short distance so planes flying over are frequently heard. The hotel offers a hot breakfast the morning we tried the breakfast it was extremely busy. They seem to be out of everything and backed up. There was a large group at the hotel for a martial arts tournament.

The hotel was everything you could ask for in an airport hotel - room was reasonably priced and very conveniently located within 5 miles of the Bogota airport. Service was efficient (if not the friendliest). My only complaint was that the AC did not work really well and it was noisy as well.

Nice room, great breakfast. TV didn’t work well (a few basic channels, a bunch of apps we couldn’t use due to the internet quality), couldn’t figure out the phone when we needed to deal with a flight issue, night shuttle driver was very rude. Overall OK

Our stay at Aloft Bogota was a truly poor expiernce. The entire lobby is controlled by the restaurant and bar. They do not permit any outside items from water to food. Our travels included a one night stay prior to a flight back home. The shuttle service was convenient and on-time. But the service and approach to our family using the common lobby space was a disappointment. The location of this hotel is within a business center and has limited dinning options making it a difficult scenario with hungry kids, once we found a food option we were met with an unfriendly staff when using the lobby space to enjoy our dinner. Avoid this location, go just 10 min further into the city to find better accommodations.

Loved the stayed at Aloft. Restaurant service incredibly slow. The lady at the front desk who seemed to be the manager was rude and every time we had a question was never able to answer, we asked the shuttle driver to put our luggage in the car and she called him in and yelled at the poor guy for doing so 5 min before the time. I felt terrible for the way she addressed the issue in front of everyone.

Location close to the airport. No hot water! We could not enjoy showering because the water was cold.
