I am frequent traveler and have been in this hotel before with mixed experience. But these last time was really bad. First we had a very bad odor coming from an external window in a hallway (hotel is next to a big bus stop), asked to talk to the manager and and employee falsely represented the manager and dismissed my concern, then I had to call Expedia who made them change my room, where the real manager went to my room to solve the problem. Not coming back for sure!

I like staying at City Express because it is located conveneintly near the airport. Nice hotel whwn i make my short stops trips in Bogota. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is awkays willing to help to make my stay comfortable. The location may not be the best, but it's comodoties are good.

The room was pretty good. But the service was not up to par. I paid for a room with multiple guest and was charged and extra guest fee although i didnt exceed the guest limit I paid for. Also, my guest did not arrive at the sametime and I made the hotel aware of this and they assured me it wasnt a problem, but when my guest showed up I had much difficulty getting the hotel to allow them entry even though i was assured i wouldnt have any. They even tried to charge an additional fee on top of the extra guest fee that wasnt suppose to be charged. Its a shame because i really liked the rooms and how close it is to the airport.
