Always a good stay. Rooms facing airport are just a little noisy

This hotel is super convenient for its proximity to the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour but it doesn’t wait for long, so if you miss it,you have to wait another half hour for the next. My room had an air conditioner, but not a remote control for it. I didn’t get a water bottle as in other occasions I stayed there. The service in general is very good. The restaurant needs improvement in the service and the menu.

Previous stays here have been fantastic. However, I can’t say the same for this last stay. I purposely booked an upgraded room which was worse than the regular double rooms. The view was of dirty laundry and dumpsters in the back corner of a parking lot. I booked this room for two people and were only provided with 1 coffee pod - which was decaf. At this point, having a coffee machine in the room was pointless. One of the body towels in our bathroom had a strong smog odor. I called reception for these issues, but they did not answer nor call back. I attempted multiple times. There’s a male who has handled beverages during breakfast the two times I’ve seen him. He wasn’t friendly on our first interaction in my previous visit and was definitely not friendly on this last visit. I also felt as if I was bothering the female at the reception desk at check-out by asking her what kind of room I had stayed in. This is my go-to hotel for the Bogota Airport, but I don’t think I will be using them again.

Due to a flight cancellation, this was a last minute booking that excelled my expectations in every way. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the airport (five minutes). The staff is very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel was very good. Its very close to the airport in Bogota, and transportation was provided to and from the airport.
