Reception staff is very professional and accommodating, great basic hotel for the value. Airport shuttle very reliable and breakfast available even before 6 am. Thank you!

Loved this place! They were so helpful getting us a ride from the airport. Breakfast was great. They kept everything refilled ans hot. Felt safe and comfortable.

This is a great airport hotel. Centrally located in Alajuela, you can walk to get food or a short taxi/UBER to other restaurants. They have airport drop off 24hrs and driver was there on time.
Can't comment on pool/food as have only stayed before or leaving SJO.

The hotel is very convenient for airport. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the cleanest and, although I checked for bed bugs before sleeping, I saw bed bug when I woke and then also crawling on my bag…. Yuck! It’s difficult to feel good about the stay after seeing bed bug.

We had a one night stay at this property ahead of an early morning flight. The hotel had everything we needed - comfy beds, air con and fans. It was a simple 20 minute walk to the Malls. They arranged a complimentary transfer to airport at 4am. And we were able to grab some croissants and fruit on our way out.
The only issue was the thin walls as we had a noisy group of men in the next room that were partying until early hours of morning so we struggled to sleep. This was just unlucky and not the fault of the hotel, but maybe introducing staff patrols late at night to ensure the noise levels are not antisocial would prevent this.

It was a short taxi ride from the airport paid by the hotel. The staff was very friendly. There were many choices for breakfast. There were many birds singing in the morning
