We arrived to property late due to time of travel. We waited outside 5 mins for the receptionist. When we got inside our room the Air conditioner was not working. There were no towels, blankets and toilet paper. They moved us to another room and the other room did not have a fridge so WE had to carry the fridge to another room downstairs. Fridge was leaking and we almost fell. When they gave us the towels, and blanket they were stained and broken. The bed weren’t even double bed/ full size. They are twin xL so we didn’t fit.
Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We got a room for the night as we needed to fly out the next day. Check in was smooth, room was ready on time. It needs some updating but for what I needed it was perfect. It was noisy until about midnight. Pillows were not fluffy but Bed was comfortable so I was able to sleep.

I did a reservation in this hotel for a member of my family that miss a flight, the hotel offered shuttle transportation airport-hotel-airport, my surprise was that when my family member tried to leaves to the airport the hotel wanted to charge her with $90 for a “transportation fee” and she was retained in the hotel until paid, she wasn’t able to reach me because the hotel don’t have internet connection at this time.
The worst was the hotel owner reach me trough the Expedia chat to offends and harassment due our origin country he accuse me of scam because I don’t want to pay that fee.
Finally in view of the threats that this person made me, I paid him what he was asking for and reported his threats to Expedia.

Noisy and not organized. One of the ladies in the reception is very unkind. I booked and paid in advanced the transportation - after her request - to the airport, the transportation NEVER ARRIVED. I ALMOST LOST MY FLIGHT. And they have not contacted me back for my refund. I would never be back.

Arrived at 2.30am and the receptionist was asleep in his room, they had to call him to come out and do check in. Then he gave me a key to a room where someone was sleep, the key opened the room!!
They room where I stayed had no towels, and sheets were stained.
On Expedia it says that shuttle is $4 each way to the airport, I was charged $35 dollars each way once at 2 am and then at 1pm.

They had a driver to take you to get covid tested and he waits for you. He also drove me to the airport when I had to leave.

I traveled for emergency purpose
at the last minute. It was clean and I enjoyed their delicious breakfast. A 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. The attached restaurant has an excellent live band. Their is no discounted shuttle to and from hotel, use Uber! Only in Bocachica:
Some Uber drivers call back to try and get more money cash in addition to fare, just don’t accept and let them cancel ride!
