This is one of the worst experience no communication arrived overcharged. Advertise breakfast ( charged me ) transportation to the airport same thing they charged me at the airport costed me 5 they charged me more … charge me $35 per person and the buffet is horrible !!! They served left over from the the previous days . A room for 6 they only had one towel.. they overcharged me over $225. Please do not go there you better with other choices at the airport . I only stayed 5 hours at the hotel. We try to contacted them weeks before and they never responded me . Please go somewhere else

5mins taxi ride from airport US$5. Clean Comfortable hotel. Room a bit box like but clean and modern enough. Would not venture outside alone.

This was our second time staying at Puerto Pacifico and it was as good as the first time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We used the airport transfer both times and had no issues. Food is great and has a variety of options. Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Another nice experience. Anytime we have to take a late or early flight we stay at Hotel Puerto Pacifico. Nice spacious rooms with comfortable bed and beddings. Great friendly customer service, convenient location to the airport at reasonable prices.
