I can't complaint about this place because every time I travel to Guayaquil city, its service is excellent.

This property has an issue with shower and sink drains. Had an issue with airport transfer. They were not waiting upon arrival. Shower had clogged drain. Moved to another room. That had a slow-draining sink. On the positive, conveniently located next to a shopping mall. Plenty of shopping and dining options. Some of the staff were apologetic and helpful. Other did not know how to or wanted to help.

Very safe, luxurious sand conviene to the airport. Staff is efficient, pleasant and with the mall adjacent an excellent place to stay. Love the new outside terrace in the evening .

This is my hotel of choice flying in and out of GYE. Excellent service is a convenient location. Breakfast buffet is very extensive. Nice to be adjacent to the mall.

Wish they told me there was a NYE party so there would be no way to sleep the night I arrived after a long travel day. I understand the celebration but they didn’t let me know. It was a sleepless night

Irate check in agent demanded copies of passports for guests including minors. Later misinformed me regarding airport transport (likely as retaliation) for involving management in the dispute regarding copies of passports. I missed my airport transport as a result.

Close to the airport, full breakfast buffet was excelent, you have 2 restaurants for dinner and all the staff was so nice!

A late arrival was easy with shuttle waiting.. no hassel no worries.. be sure to let hotel know your arrival times. Comforting to see name on a sign and whisked to the hotel. check in was fast and breakfast fantastic! Soft construction noise and traffic was a little un neaving after a long trip but nothing ear plugs could not handle . A great place to stay . Excellent beds and facility. left early so not sure of walkability or location.
