Stayed at this hotel on our way back to the States from Ecuador. The staff was very courteous and spoke English! Very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing lacking was a shower cap, but everything else was excellent. Shuttle to/from airport was priceless!

Excellent transportation from the airport to the hotel. Absolutely amazing service in the hotel and delicious food service. The check in clerk was very helpful. I absolutely love this hotel and the hospitality. I feel very safe . I will definitely come back.

Prompt pickup at airport, easy check in, decent food and clean room. Only downside was loud music from bar next door. Ask for a room at the back.

Met at the airport for quick, efficient transfer to hotel. Good meals, good size, clean room. Only detriment was the pounding music of the bar next door to the hotel. Ask for a room at the rear.

This property is a good choice for travelers who want to be near the Guayaquil airport. Check in was smooth and a request for late check out was cordially granted. The rooms are adequate and the bed is comfortable. We enjoyed the many options at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is on a busy street, so request a room on the back side for less noise. For the cost we felt this was a good choice and will stay here again on future visits.

minutes walk to nice eating places and large and beautiful shopping mall. 5 minutes drive to the airport but you won’t hear noise of planes at all. Hotel has different restaurants with pretty good food and prices based on the ads I saw posted inside the hotel. I wish we had tried the food there instead of eating outside. Things I did not like: Windows are not openable. Somehow we couldn’t open the roll up curtain. Hotel offers free airport shuttles but the driver asked us for the ride fare (it was refunded by the hotel. ).
