Good location in the commercial and financial district. Convenient parking in the building with direct elevator access. Ample buffet for breakfast.

Karen in the front desk was amazing, courteous helpful the people in the restaurant was fantastic. Thank you I will recommend this property to anyone who comes to Guayaquil. The location is practically located near everything you need, malls shopping center, airport malecón etcétera.

The staff from the valet parking was rude, very unprofessional to the point of he hustle me for money to park. Terrible experience.

Lovely place to relax after a few days of travelling around Ecuador! I really enjoyed the room and the shopping mall was super close by with many places to eat

Hotel was most accommodating in picking up my family at the airport at 4am. We were staying there going to and traveling from the Galapagos Islands. This hotel offers a full service restaurant and the food was very good. The children enjoyed the roof top swimming pool. Would most definitely recommend.

The shuttle arrived at the airport very quickly after I called - something I really appreciated after a full day of traveling. Both the shuttle drivers and the folks at the front desk were very friendly and professional. The room was huge, clean and had a set of corner windows that provided a nice view and a spacious feeling.

We spend only one night on our way to Punta Centinela Beach. As soon as we arrived we received an upgrade for one of our rooms. They helped us recommending an excellent dining place and arranged for a taxi.
