Long layover between flights. This hotel offered late checkout of 4 PM and shuttle to airport which worked well for our late night flight. Nice shopping mall across the street which offered something to kill the time while we waited.

Clean and comfortable. Airport transfer easy and quick. Contacted hotel a few days before arrival with our flight info and their transport was waiting for us!

Most convenient location, outdoor pool. Plenty of restaurant options ( near by and at "Mall del Sol". Free airport shuttle a plus!

The staff is great. The food in Cook’s Restaurant is below expectations for a Sheraton, only because they lack proper training. I’m sure they’re very dedicated kitchen staff. The noise in the hall is easily heard, no one seems to be aware the doors that close hard and noisily by themselves. It wouldn’t be so bad if I weren’t in my room working or needing to sleep in but everyone travels differently. Aside from that the location is perfect and the lobby is well done! 😊
