We like everything about the hotel and the services they offer. The assistance is not great.
Food is good, bedrooms big and very confortable with the short distance from the airport.

A fairly nice property. Limited payment option. Nice dining option. Within walking distance from terminal 1. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Works well for transit passengers. Has nice garden and pool. Lively in evenings.

Clean establishment,nice lobby,room is spacious enough with even little mini bar that has reasonably priced items. Bathroom is very clean. Courteous staff.
The only thing i would like improved is airport shuttle service. It took longer than expected to get a shuttle for airport pick up.

Moved into this Hotel as I was in a much more expensive hotel of an international chain where I was totally unsatisfied. Coming with mixed expectations I was absolutely positively surprised. Quiet, clean, friendly and an reliable airport transfer.
Will stay there in future as well.

Best property hotel to stay in if its your first time entering Egypt. 5 minutes from airport and staff is very professional. Hotel is first class service. Later for my trip I had to go to other hotels closer to attractions, but that hotel remains my favorite. Also, if ever delayed in Egypt best to stay here.

The receptionist and his supervisor were rude. They sent me and my family of 3 to a room with one queen bed. When I complained, they send me to a room with two double beds. The double beds are not really double beds but are smaller than single beds. I had to call again and then they offered to send me an extra bed. I had only 5 hours to rest in between flights and this process took me around 2 hours. I am never going there again.

Our flight arrived at 1:00 am local time. The free airport transfer was really convenient and the hotel is about 5 minutes drive from airport.
I think we were showered and sleeping within 30 minutes of hitting the curb with our bags.
