Ramada Suites by Wyndham Wailoaloa Beach Fiji

Due to a flight cancellation, stayed here. Impressed with the servce and also the facilties. Location is excellent. Wake up early and step off the verrendah to a flat sea, beaitiful beach setting and the pacific quiet. A complementary bottle of red wine in the room set the tone. I'll be back!!!

It was okay. Nice spacey modern apartment. Close to the airport and the supermarket down the road was handy.

could not sleep all 3 nights as the aircon was too noise and did complain the next day but was told that it’s normal. also only 1 key for 4 guest upon asking they said sorry they don’t have any more. limited parking. totally waste of time as came to fiji this time to relax but could not sleep at all. i made a video of noisey aircon if need be can send it. I do understand that things are not 100% and have to compromise but this was just was too much.

Lovely room. Great location not far from airport. Great amenities.

Checkin Experience was terrible. Manager on duty made me wait 2 hours and had me waiting around the poolside and ni follow up for my checkin and i had to and check again with another staff and was checked in. I arrived after a long flight at 4am from NZ. And the room was not ready for checkin eventhough it says 2pm check in. But theg checked me in after 3.30pm. Worst Check in Experience. I myself am a Hotel General Manager in Queenstown and would never let my guest treated this way. Terrible Staff also at the Bar talking in Fijian as if i never understand the language and laughing away with Remarks. Smugglers Cove and BeachClub Wailoaloa staff was super friendly and inviting. Ramada Should learn from the neighborhood resorts and bars regarding their exceptional level of Hospitality.

Once you survive the traffic outside and tight parking space, you will experience luxury. The room for a king suite was very small and tight especially if you’re a tourist with luggage

A lovely beachfront home away from home (with laundry, kitchenette). Easy access shuttles to tours / day getaways, fun night life, stunning sunsets

Nice basic hotel on beach. They sipped our airport pickup, but were ok with the drop off.

The staff at this hotel were so lovely and attentive, they provided us with great service and helped us set up some excursions in addition to our shuttle. There are a few local restaurants near by, which kept us satisfied for the 5 days we were there, but we also had a kitchenette, which was nice, although we didn’t use it like we had planned with the proximity of restaurants. Another added bonus was having laundry in our room!

Friendly and helpful staff and a clean room with a lovely view and all that you need. The area is good for a night or two and convenient to the airport, to which the hotel provides complementary transfers so that was very useful.
