We were very pleased with our stay at the Mercure Bale!
We called from the airport to ask the best way to reach the hotel, and the staff member came to pick us up!
Likewise, they provided a shuttle back to the airport the next morning.
The restaurant and pool area were excellent.
We stayed with our two children (aged 8 and 11) and the room was perfect for our family!
We would stay again without hesitation.

The front desk staff are very helpful. The free airport shuttle service is very helpful. If I ever fly in to the Basel Airport again, I’ll stay there again. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is pretty new and very beautiful. The airport shuttle is nice. The spa area is very nice. The restaurant was great.
