This hotel is good for a night's stay before an early flight. The entrance is hard to find, it's behind the Novotel (low level) although you can access it from the Novotel reception. My room was 415 (non smoking) but it smelt of cigarette smoke and below the window was a ledge full of cigarette butts and ash. It was disgusting but I put up with it because I only stayed in the room for about 9 hours. The general cleanliness was good and the staff were helpful. The restaurant in the adjacent Novotel is very good.

This hotel was about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride from the airport which made it very convenient for a one night stay in Nice before leaving. The hotel room was as described and the bed was comfortable.

They really do mean budget in the name! One towel, no washcloth or hand towel, and minimal space in room, but it was an easy walk to the airport!

Ideal place to stay after coming in on a late evening flight. Easy walk from terminal 1. If you arrive T2, take the tram one stop. (Free).
