Residhome Nice Aéroport

Even a seasoned traveler will not find this hotel. Hotel.com gives you an address that is an area. Impossible to drive there. You could go in at Ibis and walk. Something needs to be done about this situation. Direct people to the side of the building for drop off. The facility it self is excellent. o

Great, clean and convenient accommodation. It was around a 8 minute walk from the airport so no need to faff around with Taxi’s. There is food and convenience shops underneath so everything is accessible. I’d return.

It’s a great budget hotel if you need to stay near the airport, as was our situation. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly at check-in and check-out. The room was very comfortable too, great for what we needed. Price was also very competitive. Not much in the area as it’s near the airport and quite far from the city, but it’s a 10 min walk from the terminal, maybe less. An Uber or Bolt into the city is approx €18 or the tram is available too. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again.

The location was close to the airport, but finding it was soooo difficult! We had a rental car and I was trying to drop my family at the hotel before dropping the rental car off. I spent 20 minutes driving all around the property trying to find it. Tried calling the staff at the front desk, but nobody spoke English so they were no help. Turns out it is on the back side of some other hotel/office building. There is no way to get to the front of it. I ended up pulling off the side of the street and having them all bail out of the car and grab the luggage and then walk around to the back of this building. Overall the hotel gets a 4 star rating, but the logistics of trying to get there take this to a 3 star rating.

Overall the property was clean and super convenient to the airport. Trying to find it was a total nightmare, it's located in an interior area with no direct access by car. We literally drove around for over an hour trying to find it, no signs anywhere to note its location. It was literally the worst part of the trip since we wasted an hour and lots of stress trying to locate it.

Nice modern clean hotel. Walking (10 mins) from terminal 1 airport and tram to city center (30 mins). Only issues we had was that toilet smelled of sewage (room 622)

This was in the right place, and at the right price. I used it twice, once after my flight, and once afterwards. Flying in from USA it was nice to have a good nights sleep before leaving the next morning. It set me up for a great visit with my Dad Everything was spotless and all just a few minutes from the airport. Only thing I could gripe about was that I couldn't find it, but that was probably just me. Nice room, nice stay.

Clean and pretty new apartment hotel with good location near airport. Continuous bus and new tram line to Nice downtown. Quiet and spacious room.
