Thé room is a very comfortable space. However the beds are soft and not very good for sleeping. The drinking cups are all paper not glass there is no water in the room for drinking only down the hall can you fill a bottle. There is no longer transport to the airport.

A good property to stay at when you need a night in Nice and have an early departing flight the next morning. Our bathroom shower in our room has a design fault. The water travels all over the bathroom as the shower is at the same floor level as the entire bathroom space. There is no enclosed shower or tiled hob to keep the water from your shower in the shower area to drain. If you are not careful you could flood your entire room.

Very convenient location to get to Place Massena and Old Town. The room was nice although toilet and shower were separate and the toilet chamber was tiny. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. While I didn’t opt in for breakfast everyday, the day I did was lovely. Lots of options and it was nice to eat on their veranda near the pool. There isn’t room service so you do have to travel a few tram stations to get food or eat while out and about. I used Uber Eats while I was staying there and that was convenient. Housekeeping came every day which I loved. They are so thorough and I felt very taken care or. Will def stay here again when back in Nice.

The location is excellent. The tram to get to the airport is around the bldg and follow the track. The travel is FREE to the airport. Aside from that, the room is comfortable and the hotel has a small gym. Front desk is very professional.

We booked the superior suite, which is just a standard sized apartment room imo. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. Bed was comfortable and there’s a drape which you can use to separate the “bedroom” from the “living room”. Shower was nice and had rituals shower and hand products. Area was nice as there is a tram 5 min walk from the hotel. It’s also close to the airport only need one tram.

Very unfriendly stuff, no smile, small talk or even good morning during breakfast, or any other time of the day, one morning two people at the reception which I assume one of them was a manger of some sort were staring at my husband and talking to each other other, while my husband was preparing the table for me and my kids (we were walking from the elevator to the table), it was very rude and uncomfortable. On day 3 we ran out of soap and no one bothered to check, the beds are uncomfortable I had back pain throughout my stay, there is no access from paid parking to the rooms. And finally the area around hotel is not very nice.

We call this the Crappiness Hotel. We did not like anything about it except for the close proximity to the airport and to Promenade des Anglais and the City Centre. The room was very strange. It had no closets or drawers to store your things. It was only open hanging and shelving. The bathroom looked like a fabricated insert you would see in a boat or trailer. The pool was extremely small for the amount of people sharing it from the next hotel. We decided not to use it. We only used our room to bath and sleep. The breakfast was terrible and they were always out of things. Definitely do not recommend this property. Thumbs down 👎
