Cheap and convenient location near the airport. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel near airport. Taxis always out front. Good breakfast, fun lobby, 2 restaurants next door and a market. Really comfortable bed, quiet and clean room. Fast check in & out.

They were able to find us a room despite my incorrect booking dates that I made last minute under stress due to unexpected flight cancelation. I appreciate that. I didn't stay long enough to appreciate the hotel. We just came in to sleep about 6 hours before catching our rescheduled morning flight. Frankfurt was not on our original itinerary.

This hotel was within walking distance of the Frankfurt airport. Highlights for us were the helpful staff, the grocery store next door for last minute snacks to bring home, and a great continental breakfast. We would stay here again.

It was nice, close to the airport. There is a grocery store right outside which was very nice. We enjoyed the room and the staff were always very nice.

The hotel is only a little over a kilometer from the Frankfurt airport. It has an Italian and Asian restaurant next door and small grocery store. The hotel does not have a shuttle which is unfortunate.

I stay here frequently. It is a go-to place for passing through Frankfurt Airport on business or even with family. Staff is wonderful. Speak English, German and some other languages as well. Rooms are clean and stylish. Lobby is equally stylish. Breakfast is good and snacks are available at all times. The free welcome drink is a nice touch. Hotel bar is nice, as is business center. Gym is small, but has the basics of what you need. Nice restaurants are just outside the door of the hotel as is a nice grocery store. Frankfurt airport is a 5-8 minute taxi ride away or a 30 minute walk. Taxis are usually waiting at the door in the morning, so no need to pre-book if you are traveling early. Taxi availability is a bit lower at mid-day, but I have always been able to find one without more than a few mins wait,

Great place to stay if you are passing through on business. A bit challenging to get there on foot from the airport train station, despite the minimal distance. Otherwise, great staff, great hotel breakfast. Grocery store and restaurants next door. Clean with up to date décor.

Average hotel-high price. The hotel is not in the list of the airport hotels, using the free shuttle bus from the airport. So you can take a taxi (13€), or to take the S-Bahn from Platform1of Regional train station ( if no strike, or cancellations…) Calculate more waiting time.The stop is Gateway gardens and the walking distance to the hotel is 5 min. If your room looks back yard probably your phone will be without connection. Additional the wifi is very bad in the rooms, so you cannot work, or you have to stay in the lobby. The towels are old and very used.

So close to the airport. Great place to stay for our last night and easy to catch our early morning flight. Staff was amazing and super helpful.
