After having a confirmed reservation for months - and receiving communication from Courtyard the day before that they were looking forward to seeing us the next day, - we arrived to be told there was a “mix up” with Hotels.com and we did not have a room. The email the day before said, “At Courtyard, we live by the Golden Rule, treating others like we’d like to be treated. This principal has always been our guiding light.” I don’t believe so.
They shuttled us to another less expensive hotel (Park Inn) without any compensation for the change.

We booked to take a nap for our 18 hour layover. The staff was incredibly friendly! The breakfast was yummy as well! Great hotel! Would book again

Convenient to the airport, new and clean. Japanese restaurant and pizza is the only nearby dining. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bathroom was a little tight and weird (frosted glass walls adjoining the bedroom). Great place to stay if you need to catch an early flight out.

Just a functional necessity, close to the airport because of a very early morning flight. Still, pleasantly surprised by the efficient and courteous attention I received at checking in.

Perfect location relative to the international airport in Reykjavik. The hotel rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Only one option for dining in the hotel, however, and nothing else in the area.
