Stayed there at the end of a business trip. Convenient for airport and city centre. External works meant it didn’t look too appealing from the outside but inside was totally different. Clean, tidy, well decorated and comfortable rooms

I was there only for one night, before flying off Ireland. Hotel is older but well maintained. Was selected because of princing and location (somewhat close to airport).

Great place to stay prior to our flight out of Dublin. Our key cards didn’t work and I had to go back to lobby to get replacements and she sent facility guy with me to repair. He was friendly and nice. Walked to grocery and although we didn’t eat there, a nice bar on premises. Front desk got us a cab within minutes in am. I would def recommend.

The parking is poor, but the car park security people are very helpful. Avoid 1st floor rooms if possible, very noisy late night/midnight, sounds like people coming in for work. Hotel staff very helpful and switched rooms to 4th floor very quiet and rooms look fresher/recently decorated, nicer. Handy for the airport without airport prices. Allow extra time for traffic if driving. Great for using bus into city centre or airport.

Fabulous relaxing stay. Lovely staff.Great choice of food in restaurant and pub. Comfy beds. Leisure club was good with welcoming staff and great facilities. Supermarket next door and Lidl down the road. Close to the centre about 15 min by taxi.

I was so disappointed because I am booked this place and paid a high dollar of $300 a night because of parking being included, and they never had enough room to park people. There’s no air conditioning control in your room no vent in the bathroom. The price was excessive for low amenities.

We booked the room at the last minute due to our flight being cancelled. What a lovely surprise the hotel was! We had a beautiful room . We decided to dine in the restaurant and we were so glad we did! The food was delicious. Would recommend this hotel.

Requested handicap room - did not receive. Tub was so high couldn’t even get in. Toilet do low for a child. Requested a large taxi and a small taxi arrives. No way to order food from your room. No air conditioning - I was told only in certain rooms. Terrible place. Looked like they took a cheap way of making a update on things!

Hotel described as 4*_ at best it’s a 2*.. Staff unfriendly at checking and unhelpful-we each had 3 bags..no assistance was offered. Airport shuttle not available as promised- Checking took a long time and almost made us feel that room wasn’t available-room was supposed to be a twin for 2-we got a cramped room for 3-Food service didn’t look very inviting-the only positive was the trip to town on a bus & back-Hotel needs refurbishing and become handicap accessible..

Location was OK for us (10 min from the airport and 20 minutes to the city center). They claim that this hotel is 4 stars (3.8 on Google), but really it looks like 2.5-3 stars. Carper ALL dirty (hallways and rooms). We had 2 rooms: - one has local phone and hair dryer, the other room didn’t - door lock (they use card system) in our room didn’t work (the had to reprogram lock and the cards - twice) - ceiling in the shower it was dirty. - Toilet in our room did not flash - end so on…
