it’s good... probably someday i will go back to stay in again.. it’s just that the parking is expensive.. i hope the hotel have their own parking lot...

No free parking and parked over 24hrs cannot claim discount. Very old need decoration and replacement.

Old interior (especially the bathroom), acceptably clean, small semi-double room. Arrived late evening (around 7pm) hotel ran out of car park space, so they arranged a nearby public parking with same rate. Public car park was 5 min walk, it was manageable with light luggages. My room faced the Matsuyama Park which was a plus. Walking distance to the park and the castle. Not much of facility in the hotel. Acceptable for staying one night.

The hotel is a bit outdated; however, my room (Single, non-smoking) was spacious and smoke-free! TIP: If you have suitcases, catch a taxi from Matsuyama City station to hotel.
